The sound tracks in this section are being shared as a gift to you.  The instructions have been compiled based on the feedback from more than 70 clients as of December 2011.  Please follow the suggested guidelines for maximum comfort and benefit.

Please DO NOT listen to any of the tracks while driving, operating heavy equipment, or any other activity that may endanger you or others if you are not fully attentive.

Track 1 – Basic guided Imagery (22 minutes) This track can help with general relaxation, stress, health, and pain management.  You can listen to this track in a comfortable position.  Most people tend to fall asleep with the deep relaxation.  It is recommended to listen to this track once per day if possible or more if needed.  The background sound used is one metal Tibetan bowl.

Track 2 – One bowl (15 minutes) This is the same metal bowl played in Track 1 as the background sound.  The sound typically pulls you into a deeper meditative state and this track, by itself can easily be used for meditation.

Track 3 – Two bowls (15 minutes) This track has the base bowl and one heart frequency bowl played together.  It is recommended that you listen to only a few 1-3 minutes of this track the first time you hear it and gradually build up to listening to the whole track over a period of time.  If you listen to the entire track in one sitting it may cause emotional and physical discomfort.  This is similar to physical detoxification.  Clients have reported physical purging, feelings of anger, and crying.  This sound frequency can help with releasing grief.

Track 4 – Three bowls (15 minutes) This track has the base bowl, heart frequency bowl, and throat frequency bowl played together.  It is recommended that you listen to only a few 1-3 minutes of this track the first time you hear it and gradually build up to listening to the whole track over a period of time.  If you listen to the entire track in one sitting it may cause emotional and physical discomfort.  This is similar to physical detoxification. Clients have reported uncomfortable sensations in their throat, feelings of anger, change in voice, and crying.  This sound frequency can help with releasing grief and open up channels of communication.
